Lynda Long is an accredited interior decorator and an Allied Member of ASID, American Society of Interior Designers and has been decorating for more than 25 years. She now owns and operates Lynteriors Decorating. In the past, she was the owner of Decorating Den, a world wide decorating franchise service that brought all decorating needs to a clients home. While practicing interior design, she also became a Regional Director for Decorating Den in which she managed over 20 franchises throughout up state New York. She also held the position of Regional Coordinator responsible for decorator training and business start up for new franchises. She has won numerous awards for her room designs which were published in Decorating Den lifestyles magazines as well as the Albany Review Magazine and the Times Union.

Karyn Long-Steurer has been in the Real Estate field for the past 8 years. She has worked with Homebuyers in helping them find that less-than-perfect "bargain" into their very own special haven.  Homesellers have found her expertise in the state of the current real estate market and her collective tips on increasing the "saleability" and market value of their home to be helpful. She has also worked in the Interior Decorating field with design consultations for her clients and has assisted in the remodeling of many real estate offices throughout the capital district and Western New York area.
